How your estimate works

Check our eligibility and documents guide and factor rates and repayments guide.

Advance = monthly card sales × advance percentage. Total repayment = advance × factor rate. Finance cost = total repayment minus advance.

Estimated monthly repayment = monthly card sales × repayment percentage. Repayment time = total repayment ÷ estimated monthly repayment. The day estimate uses 30 calendar days per month.

This assumes steady card sales. Lower takings can extend repayment time; higher takings can shorten it. Additional fees and any contractual minimum payments are excluded. Actual eligibility, rates and collections depend on the provider’s assessment and terms.

What is a factor rate?

A factor rate is a multiplier, not an interest rate or APR. A £20,000 advance at 1.25 means £25,000 total repayment and a £5,000 finance cost before any additional fees.

Are repayments fixed?

Where repayments are linked to card sales, collections change with your takings. The monthly figure here is an average illustration. Check any minimum payment requirements with your provider.
